Project Captured’s Fashion Column is the premier source for fashion news, events, and exclusive features of local fashion establishments. We aim to highlight the ever-growing, ever-vibrant fashion scene, primarily in Chicago, and to inspire and foster a community of fashion enthusiasts. We will accomplish this by covering exclusive fashion events, providing coverage from global fashion weeks, and staying updated on fashion trends. We will also feature a fashion establishment, (either a salon, health club, boutique, and/or designer), as part of our Fashion Captured series, which will be complimented by quality images and creative photo shoots.
Fashion Team
The fashion team is lead by Fashion and Entertainment Director, Whitney Harris, Assistant Fashion Director, Stephanie Turcios and consists of 3 other fashion team members: Maria Plevritis, Ingrid Feder, and Jacqueline Faranso. The goal for the fashion team is to cover fashion events in the city, cover global fashion weeks, keep our followers updated on fashion trends and to create and foster a community for fashion enthusiasts. We will also feature various fashion establishments as a part of our Fashion Captured series.
The Fashion Captured series is a collection of features showcasing different fashion establishments, including boutiques, designers, boutiques, health clubs, salons, and any other fashion institution. We will interview the establishment’s representative, either the owner or manager, and include some fun facts and history about the person and/or company. In addition, we will include an editorial spread, provided by photographer Christopher Free, to compliment the feature.
